Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Important: Custom-printed and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
To start your return:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Need a different size or color? Contact us when initiating your return, and we'll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
If you receive a damaged item or there's an error in the printing, please contact us immediately at orders@shinycoapparel.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Quality Guarantee: If there's a manufacturing defect or printing error, we cover all return shipping costs.

International customers have the same 30-day return window. Return shipping costs and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using trackable, insured shipping.
